M*lk is available to pre-order

My narrative non-fiction book M*lk: Exploring the Dairy Dilemma will come out in January 2027 and is available to pre-order here. The book explores controversies around dairy farming and milk as well as alternatives like plant milk and veganism and visions for different ways of living with cows and making milk.

I’ve been working on the book since 2020 when I did a writing course and started on the proposal. I got to travel around Britain and Ireland and as far afield as Michigan and the French Caribbean to speak to farmers, m*lk entrepreneurs and alternative producers.

The book is published by September Publishing, an imprint of Duckwork Books.
